Our Senior Pastor

Visionary and founder of the Love Center Church (LCC), Apostle Genevieve Salter is a gifted and energetic leader with a strong apostolic call to deliverance and spiritual warfare. Formally educated at Nova Southeastern University, she received her B.S. degree in Elementary Education. After 30 years of service to the public school system, she retired, and is now pursuing her passion working in full-time ministry. LCC was established in January 2012 in Titusville, FL and has now expanded its reach with two (2) additional campuses in Melbourne and Orlando, FL pastored by her sons.

As the Senior Pastor of LCC, Apostle Salter is working diligently to fulfill the vision and mandate of the ministry by Reaching families through love which ministers to the total man. This vision can be seen in action every Sunday morning and Tuesday night as Apostle Salter delivers the word of God through powerful teachings that have resulted in the activation of the gifts of the Spirit in God’s people. She has been instrumental in imparting God’s wisdom to women of all backgrounds, empowering men through biblical truths, impacting youth by her example of holiness, and mentoring couples to build stronger marriages.

Understanding the need to minister to the total man and reach our community, LCCM (Love Center Church Ministries), a non-profit organization, was organized under the leadership of Apostle Salter. LCCM owns and operates The Love Center Assisted Living Facility licensed by the State of Florida. Also, LCCM is currently pursuing licensure to open Love Center Christian Academy, a K-5 private school. In February 2013, Apostle Salter published her first book, Woman, Wife and Mother. This powerful book has strategies for women of all races and ethnicities. You will enjoy and appreciate her transparency as she shares the problems and situations that have occurred in her life, along with the practical strategies and Scriptural references that helped bring her victory. Apostle Salter married her husband, Pastor Emeritus Gary Salter, Sr. in 1975. They have three sons: Gary, Jr., Gregory, and Geremy. The Lord has blessed them with three daughters-in-love: Tammy, Mary, and Ricquita, six granddaughters: Shai, Shameria, Sierra, Sanaya, Savanah and Noelle, and two grandsons, Jeremiah and Nathan. One of her greatest accomplishments is that all of her adult children and grandchildren are currently working along with her to fulfill the mandate of God on her life.

The Overcomers’ Unit is designed to enable individuals who are engaged in and seeking support surrounding struggles of drug addiction, alcoholism, stages of recovery and/or domestic violence to overcome their present condition(s). This group will continue to encourage those who have overcome to stay free from the situation(s) that had once dominated them. Monthly meetings will be held to encourage and provide support.

Children’s Ministry

J.A.M., which stands for Jesus & Me, is our children’s ministry. We service children from Pre-Kindergarten to 5th grade. At LCC, we are dedicated to ensuring every child has a good understanding of who God is. We are committed to guiding and equipping our youth to be a light for Jesus in this generation and teaching them to serve God and their community. Our ministry focuses on teaching character traits such as trust, love, confidence and honesty. Youth workers must submit to a background check to ensure our children’s safety. Students will experience a worship time and age appropriate Bible teaching. You are welcome to share in the fun! Come grow with us!
